Stevie DeSomber is the Development Director for Sovereign Bodies Institute. She is of Eastern Band Cherokee descent and is a proud mother. Stevie graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2015 and has experience working with Tribal governments and organizations in asserting inherent self-governance and self-determination. Developed in her prior roles Stevie has valuable experience negotiating programmatic assistance between government agencies. In her free time Stevie enjoys riding horses and spending time outside with her daughters.
